Mobilelink was originally founded in Houston Texas with 3 location, with dedication and hard work, the company continued its growth initially in Texas and eventually branching out to neighboring states. Currently Mobilelink operates nationwide with over 250 locations and currently the largest authorized retailer for Cricket wireless. Mobilelink continues to grow the footprint into more rural areas, giving customers a choice of value product, with exceptional financial value.

group who wanted to work towards a greater goal, not only to become a successful entrepreneurs but be involved with the local, national and international communities to help humanity. Much of their time is spent, focusing on improving processes, not only to streamline but to make Mobilelink a place for talented individuals to grow their own careers. The goals have always been the same to be the best at what they do, and deliver a customer experience to surpass expectations. With the core team and senior leadership they have been able to accomplish many recognition awards nationwide, continuing to grow the Cricket wireless brand.
  • Store Manager

    I started with Mobilelink January 2016, as the Retail Store Manager for the Pampa, TX, location coming from AT&T. I have 20 years experience in the wireless industry, with over 4 years on the frontline in a retail store. I assisted in setting up the Pampa store, hiring and training team members, and opening the doors on January 25, 2016. My team was fully trained by the third week in February and we hit our activation goal in February. Once my store was fully staffed, my team and I began hitting the streets to flyer and start setting up events. I began the process of Owning My Turf by reaching out to businesses and creating events throughout the city. My events have included Customer Appreciation Days and Grand Openings with several businesses including the Grand Opening of the Pampa store. I keep my eyes and ears open anytime I walk into a business or hear about an event that I can attend. I assisted in getting the membership set up with the local Chamber of Commerce and the ribbon cutting was in July. Among the locations in North West Texas, the Pampa location has been in the #1 spot since March. I credit my team members to my success as I could not have succeeded without their hard work, dedication, and loyalty. I received Top Performer as the Store Manager for the months of May and June. In June, Mobilelink offered the promotion to Territory Manager of North West Texas.

    I started working at Mobilelink in 2011 as Sales Representative in the Austin Market. At the time, I needed a job as I just had a baby and needed income for my family. This was my first job and had no experience whatsoever. I must say I started off as an average Sales Representative but once I was taught on how much the commission potential was; I just took off. After about 2 years of being a Sales Representative, I was given an assistant manager opportunity and within 1 year, I was a Territory Manager. I was promoted to Store Manager followed by Territory Manager short after. I am now a Senior Territory manager handling 10 locations from South Austin to Killeen Texas and there is still more room for GROWTH!. Mobilelink is great company with a lot of room for growth and I couldn't picture myself working for any other company. I love that fact that I was given an opportunity to succeed and advance in the company and now I am doing the same with my team. I have been here 5 years and I consider this home!
